We received funding for 6 sign toppers to be placed at the following intersections noted on the map.
We also received Funding for
4-front and back, 2’x3’ yard signs!
We are looking for your input, your vote as to which you prefer for our community!

Please select which sign you prefer the most of the 3. If you have design suggestions, please enter them in the comments as well!
We would love to have input from every homeowner to go into our new look for Coyote Flatts!
We would also like to know if you
1. like the sign toppers as they are or
2. if you prefer the design to match the yard signs
The yard signs will be a powder coated metal, front and back.
Also, we are going to be creating a “Coyote Flatts” Facebook group as well to communicate and support our local Neighborhood!
Please indicate on the form at the bottom if you would like to receive an invite on our Facebook group page.
This will be used to notify neighbors from things such as Coyote sightings,
crime,
suspicious activity,
supporting local businesses,
street fair type events,
and maybe a little neighborhood animal parade for the holidays!
We also are looking for suggestions for the next grant for our Coyote Flatts Community when available!
We can apply once every 3 years and I am open to hear what everyone would be interested in!
So far I have heard
1. street bumps for 26th St for safety of all,
2. alleyway clean up and maybe using alleys for some type of neighborhood activity (we could see about if gates could be installed on the ends that could provide access for utilities),
but open to ideas now, and we can later review and vote to see which is a priority to all neighbors.
